Office spring cleaning – don’t neglect your break room!  This is where your employees eat their lunch – hang out and fellowship with each other.  Make sure their space is clean and welcoming.  Clean all the trash cans – this is something your employees rarely see unless they are the ones changing the trash bag. Clean and disinfect all surfaces – this includes the microwave and all the buttons, coffee maker, chairs and tables. Wipe down cabinets inside and out.  Check the fridge for any science projects - folks tend to leave forgotten leftovers in the fridge – that’s when you toss the entire container.  Clean and disinfect the entire refrigerator inside and out – but don’t forget to return items that someone is waiting to chow down on come lunch time. Keeping your employees happy and feeling safe means a more productive work force.
