This is how a vacation is supposed to look like!

Do you have a home safe vacation list? If not, you should. 

When we go on vacation we go to relax and unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. Worrying about your home while your away should not be on the “list” of things to do.  Putting a task list together will assure your vacation is a worry- free time away from home!

Stage your home like you are not away at all.  Ask a neighbor to pick up your mail and or newspaper – nothing says these homeowners are away - than a driveway full of newspapers. Set your lights on a timer and cut your lawn prior to leaving.

Prepare the inside of your home to avoid a plumbing or electrical disaster while away. Unplug small appliances or electrical devices and shut off the water valves to your sinks, commodes and washing machine.  No one wants to come home to a flooded house after a vacation.
