This the season of Fall – Fun and Festivals – and our local area is jammed packed this weekend with Fall festivals for your entire family! Due to the COVID -19 Pandemic there were no fall functions last year so many towns are ready and excited to get back to small town traditions this season. The City of Laurens will kick off the 20^th Annual Squealin on the Square Friday October 1^st. The event will take place at the Historic Laurens Square downtown Laurens SC – Competition BBQ – Art and Craft vendors, Car show and live entertainment is just a few events planned for the weekend. The City of Newberry will Celebrate Octoberfest on Saturday – October 2^nd from 10am – 6pm. This annual event celebrates Newberry’s German Heritage with authentic German cuisine, classic cars, live entertainment and plenty of arts and craft vendors. The City of Fountain Inn, SC will celebrate the Annual Aunt Het Festival on Saturday – October 2^nd from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Arts and Craft Vendors, Car Show, Live Entertainment, and plenty of food. To find out more information visit www.fountaininnchamber.org/aunt-het-festival
