Giving Back to the community we serve is very important to our business.  Owner Kimberly Kitchens is onsite for the 29^th Annual United Way of Laurens County Golf Tournament.  The Golfers look forward to seeing the woman in SERVPRO Green with a smile on her face – serving up her delicious Bloody Mary’s each year.

SERVPRO of Newberry and Laurens Counties recently celebrated 10 years of service to Newberry and Laurens Counties with a celebration held at the main office in Newberry, SC. Two SERVPRO employees Vicky Caldwell and Chris Teseniar celebrated along with the franchise with 10 years of service to the company. Cake and cards and many laughs were shared with the team as they celebrated this wonderful milestone! Cheers to 10 more SERVPRO!  

It was a beautiful day for the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce 25^th Annual Golf Tournament at Musgrove Mill Golf Course in Clinton, SC.  SERVPRO of Newberry and Laurens Counties has been a proud sponsor if this event for many years now. Owner Kimberly Kitchens is always there to support the local Chamber and give back to the community in which we serve.

YMCA Youth Sports programs emphasize Christian character values by teaching good sportsmanship in a generally non-competitive environment. Being a part of a team helps kids learn social skills & healthy habits, develop responsibility, and build relationships among peers.

SERVPRO of Newberry and Laurens Counties has sponsored the same team for the past couple of years. This year the team took home the Championship for their age bracket. We are very proud to be a part of this program and to be helping our local community.

Every year Bailey Manor, located in Clinton, holds their annual Festival of Trees.

The primary goal and mission of the festival is, according to Stanley, “To give back to the community and to share the love of Christ. This is a free event. We don’t charge—ever. It’s our way of giving back.”

SERVPRO of Newberry and Laurens Counties supports the event every year and this year took home a prize for best theme- the Grinch! When asked about the inspiration for the green monster tree owner Mel Kitchens exclaimed, "Are you kidding me?!?! I am the original Grinch!" It was a fun night and SERVPRO was glad to be a part of it.

The chamber of commerce kicks off every year with an annual awards banquet. One of our favorite memories was having our owner Kimberly Kitchens honored as a chamber ambassador.

At SERVPRO we proudly support the chamber and their efforts to support small businesses and the local community.

At SERVPRO of Newberry and Laurens counties, we believe in building a better community. Our sponsorship of the Rotary Club of Newberry's efforts to expand the picnic shelter in Pride Park for the Newberry County Disabilities and Special Needs Board will benefit the community for years to come.
